Syncing Etsy #1: Pulling Inventory Updates Into Shopify

In this series, we’re going to work on syncing data between Shopify and Etsy. This first workflow is a pretty simple one that pulls in orders from Etsy and updates inventory levels in Shopify.
Combining this with another workflow to push inventory updates back to Etsy will allow you to have inventory sync’d both directions.
This order we’re creating in here is pretty bare bones – it’s just enough to cause the inventory updates to trigger. We can improve it by adding the shipping address and other details. But this assumes that you’re fulfilling Etsy orders directly in Etsy.
