How this template works:
Fulfillment status is delivered
The workflow starts when Tracktor updates an order’s fulfillment status to "Delivered."
Retrieve order details
Once triggered, the workflow retrieves detailed order information from Shopify using the order ID provided by Tracktor.
Delay for review timing
A delay of 1 day is added to ensure the customer has had time to experience the delivered product before receiving a review request.
List existing review requests
The workflow checks Stamped.io to determine if a review request has already been sent for the specific Shopify order.
Loop through review requests
MESA's built-in Loop tool processes each review request retrieved from Stamped.io to find matches or handle multiple reviews for the same order.
Filter for matching order ID
Within the loop, a filter ensures only review requests matching the Shopify order ID are processed further.
Send review request
For valid matches, the workflow triggers Stamped.io to send a review request to the customer.
