Create A Smart Collection For Recently Restocked Items
In this demo, we show you how to create a smart collection specifically for items that have just been restocked, optimizing the tracking of inventory changes.
The workflow starts by recording the last known stock levels of your products. When there’s an inventory update, it checks if the current stock level is higher than before. If it is, the item is marked as restocked. We use a simple yes/no system (Boolean) to identify these restocked items, as smart collections cannot use dates.
This setup helps you easily identify and organize newly restocked products, making the process more efficient and user-friendly. Keep your collections up-to-date and improve your inventory management with this smart automation solution.
